As mentioned on my home page, I am an extremely competitively-priced accountant specialising in all aspects for small businesses from general book-keeping right through to the electronic lodgment of Tax Return forms.
Spanning two millennia (and still no plans for retirement!), I have been self-employed since 1991, having previously been the Regional Accountant for the Midlands, East Anglia, North-West and Northern Commercial and Professional Regions of Abbey National Estate Agency - can you imagine the size of my business card to have that title included! Prior to that post I was the Group Financial Controller for a Midlands-based Estate Agency and before that I was the Office Manager for a national engineering distributor, having diversified from Sales after studying Accountancy at evening classes and day-release.
In today's world, I believe it is essential that one's accountant can be onhand whenever required and for that reason, whilst I do have clients in Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, India, Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, South Africa and Spain (as well as England, Scotland and Wales of course), I feel I can give a more thorough service to those clients who are based in the East Midlands. An additional advantage for my clients is that, with working from home, I am generally available outside normal office hours!
